Interview in Local Authority

Last month, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Steve Keevil at Local Authority, an online news outlet dedicated to the Medway towns. As Rex & Eddie is set in a fictionalised version of Medway, it was brilliant to chat about my books and how the real Medway influences the stories.

We had a good natter about everything from growing up in Medway, life in LA and, of course, writing Rex & Eddie. Also just to set the record straight: the fires in California didn’t start when I arrived. They were already well established. Anyone suggesting otherwise? Well, I’ll burn them down myself.
